BODY + EARTH is the creation of Nick Miles. Nick is a graduate with a BSc Honours in Physiotherapy from the University of Brighton. He has worked within the NHS University Hospitals Sussex Trust and has previous experience running his own personal training business and a sports massage clinic. Nick is also a CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Practitioner.
This combination of skills has led Nick to offer a private service, BODY + EARTH in Lewes, East Sussex. He aims to support and treat his clients holistically to enable optimal recovery and improved physical performance.
