Nick is a CHEK Holistic Lifetstyle Coach. He has worked with clients of all ages to help them further understand their minds and bodies. He uses a combination of online questionnaires and personal analysis to determine the correct journey forward with a personalised program to get started with straight away. After your initial consultation, your program is created and can be reviewed and discussed in further sessions as frequently as you would like.

Nick can either work with you online, over the phone or at his studio in Lewes.

Who gets to see my completed questionnaires?

All your information completed online is strictly confidential and seen by only the two of us. Further sessions and discussions remain within complete confidence. I often work with members of the same family or couples and it is important that we have the strongest trust between us.

I am not a serious athlete, is this for me?

Yes, very much so! My sessions are for anybody of any age and you do not need to be a sportsperson for this work to be highly beneficial. We will be encouraging movement in your program but we will make sure its something you enjoy and can understand the benefits of doing. 

I am serious about my training and my goals, is this for me?

Yes indeed! If you are serious about your training then you will enjoy exploring where you can find many more gains in your chosen sport. If you love the concept of finding ‘marginal gains’ then this is very much for you.

Can you work with multiple members of our family, club or team?

I am very happy to work with multiple family members, sports teams and small businesses.  All information shared is confidential between the individual and myself and will not be shared with other family members or individuals. 

Prices.

 

Initial individual consultation £95.

I will send you online questionnaires to complete and we will schedule an appointment online, over the phone or in my studio to review the results and formulate a plan of action. This initial appointment is 1 hour 15mins.

Further individual sessions £60.

In further 1 hour sessions we will look how the changes are working for you and go into more depth in specific areas. At an agreed date, we will re-assign your questionnaires, analyse your results and chart your progress.
